How Working With Us Works
No bidding. No gambling on strangers. A clear process from first conversation to delivered work — with one person accountable to you throughout.
The Process
Four Steps, No Surprises
Step 1 — Tell us what you need.
Book a free 30-minute consultation. Come with a detailed brief or just a problem — either works. We'll ask about your goals, constraints, timeline, and budget, and we'll tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
At the end of this step you have: A clear picture of whether we're the right fit.
Step 2 — Get a clear proposal.
We send a written proposal: the team we recommend, the timeline, the engagement model, and the price. If anything is unclear, we revise it until it isn't.
At the end of this step you have: A complete plan and price — before you've committed to anything.
Step 3 — We build your team.
We assign vetted specialists matched to your project and a dedicated engagement manager — your single point of contact who runs the work day to day.
At the end of this step you have: A working team, a manager who owns delivery, and a kickoff plan.
Step 4 — We deliver and support.
Work proceeds in agreed milestones with regular updates and demos. After delivery, we document everything, hand over cleanly, and stay available for support. If something isn't right, we fix it.
At the end of this step you have: The result you were promised, documented and supported.

FAQ
Process & Pricing Questions
It depends on the engagement. Projects are quoted with a fixed or milestone-based price after a scoping call. Dedicated teams and staffing are priced monthly per person or per team. Either way, you see the full price in a written proposal before you commit — no surprises mid-project.
A consultation can usually happen within a few days, and a proposal follows shortly after. Start dates depend on scope: smaller engagements can begin within days of approval; larger teams take longer to assemble. We'll give you a realistic date in the proposal — and we'd rather be honest than fast on paper.
Every professional goes through skill assessment, portfolio or work-history review, and communication screening before joining client engagements. Specialists are then supervised by experienced team leads on live work.
Tell your engagement manager. We'll address it directly, and if it's still not working, we replace the team member. Your engagement doesn't depend on any single person.
Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA or provide ours before any detailed discussion of your project.
Yes. Engagements are designed to flex — add specialists as work grows, or reduce the team when it makes sense. Your engagement manager handles transitions so nothing falls through the cracks.
